• All of our Lifeguards are either NPLQ or NARS qualified

• All Sports Coaches hold recognised qualifications where necessary.

• Swimming Pools - Children under 9 must be accompanied by an adult. Entry to the pools is strictly forbidden when not manned by Lifeguards.

• The minimum age for the Sauna is 16.

• All Chalets and Suites are strictly non-smoking.

• Mill Rythe is a No Smoking Venue. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.

• Any guests whose behaviour is deemed by the company to be unreasonable will be asked to leave. Parents are asked to be aware that this also includes children's behaviour and may result in the complete party being asked to leave. No refund will be given.

                                                                           

 During our family breaks we operate 24hr. Gate House coverage so that parents can relax in peace of mind and enjoy their holiday to the full.

Every night of the year our Safety & Security Team ensure that the Village is in order and can be contacted via reception or mobile phone. You will find the number in your welcome packs when you arrive.

For Private Functions, we may decide to cover the event with Safety & Security Guards due to legal legislations.

Our Security Team work together with the Management Team and operate a No Tolerance Policy.

The Security Team operate random drugs tests and manned CCTV is in operation around the Village 24hrs. a day.

• Children must be signed in and out by a parent or guardian.

• We are unable to stop children from leaving the clubs if they wish to.

• Any children not collected at the end of the session will be taken to the reception area for collection.

There are First Aiders on duty 24hrs. a day. During the night hours, our Security Team cover this role. If you need further assistance, we will endeavour to help you.
